Today my best friend G and I went shopping in Soho. There was a little glitch when the stores register kept declining my cards -- I was mortified! -- but I ended up with a very cute shirt that I absolutely will be wearing for a future blog post. G was more fortunate and his card wasn't declined, he made off with two shirts from All Saints.
In my post mortified state, I must ask..what do you do when your card gets declined? I tried to stay cool and not freak out but, in all seriousness, easier said than done! If G hadn't been there I wouldn't have been able to laugh it off.

Since last summer I have moved to New York City and was a Social Media Guru for a start-up online boutique. It has almost been a year since my last fashion blog and now that I am living in the city I couldn't resist getting back into it.
